The only thing that could be changed is the 3 Rd party discount code to show up in the locations computer when I went to go pay, but we found it ...the rest was quick and easy and fast to do . Very professional and the location was very clean.

Moved my loaded Penske truck from the Bay Area and when I got to the storage unit I realized that I had more stuff than I thought and the unit that I had reserved was too small. Michelle was awesome and showed us a larger unit and was friendly about my mistake in misjudging of the unit. I never was made to feel like an idiot for not knowing what size I really needed. Michelle made me feel right at home and I felt an instant connection, like we had been friends for years.
